The buyer indeed informed Catawiki and us about the damage and send some picture of it at the same time. We where in constant contact with the buyer to solve the matter. We explained buyer that the insurance need a conformation from the Suisse Post delivering company, stating that they delivered a damaged package. This to rule out any other cause and where they are entitled to. It is a pity that the buyer up till now didn’t provide us witch such a statement, so we can settle the case. We think we are not the party to blame, we assist in every way we could.

Due to a system mail function at Catawiki we just found out today that you where not happy the way transport was executed. Eleven days according the overview below, normally it takes about 6 days. Capsule avec un trou, on dirait que la bouteille a été rempli, le bouchon est quasi inexistant et les morceaux flottes avec le porto. Quand à la bouteille on dirait que la marque est écrite au blanco

Thank you for your response. I don't quite understand what you are trying to tell us. There was a clear picture of both capsules. Due to moister and oxidation the white rash occur. In no way we mess with the bottles we sell. We are a very well respected retailer otherwhise we shouldn't last for more then 50 years.We don't have any reason to think some one or some how any one did try to improve those bottles. It is simpley not worth te efort regarding the price of the bottle, falsify or refill, most of the time starts with bottles over a € 1000.- unless there are very big quantaties involved.
