one of the lamps was damaged and the seller denied it. then when I said I replaced the lamp holder and asked for a partial refund my messages were ignored and I had to reach out to support.

Leider waren die Fotos schöner als die Lampe eigentlich aussieht. Aber außer dem Versand hatte sie für mich ja einen sehr geringen Preis.

Artikel is goed aangekomen. Stevig ingepakt en de lampjes zijn in goede staat.

Llego muy bien , pero en la publicación dice talla M y no lo es es XL que desinformación, por más que la foto dice 48 es cierto pero aún así uno a veces solo lee lo de la publicación siento un engaño

I have been robbed it seems. No delivery. No email from Catawiki. No way to contact anyone.

My experience with this “seller” is that he is a complete scammer. Charged absurdly high shipping fees and my package never arrived. After Catawiki’s intervention period ended, he never replied again

il lotto e' arrivato praticamente rotto e molto sporco

Colis reconditioné par la poste du à un mauvais emballage et est arrivé complètement tordu !!

Horrible packaging
Shipping costs 4 times the real one. Also no soft protection and broken item. The seller never answered, catawiki had to mediate to make me the refund

I'm afraid I don't agree at all. Interestingly, this buyer began to complain rudely before sending the package. The costs are adjusted to the real ones, they are clearly presented in advance and, therefore, no one is obliged to buy when they have all the information and can assess in advance if it suits their needs. Catawiki's mediation was very professional, and absolutely necessary in such an unpleasant situation, as they presented the alternatives to resolve this situation in a totally respectful way. I cannot say the same for this buyer, about whom I warn future sellers.
