I am sad, the seller says it is on propose, when  he did not mention or showed images that showed it! the painting came full of hair of the brush or something else attached to it. 

This is an original artwork shipped directly from my studio. The brush hairs were sealed into the surface during the varnishing process and intentionally left as part of the composition—something common in expressive, mixed-media painting. This does not indicate any flaw or damage.
The listing photos were taken before varnishing, which is standard practice and may not capture all surface textures. I fully stand by the authenticity and quality of my work.
The buyer was offered a return with a prepaid label but refused to send the painting back. I do not support a situation where someone who does not respect my work chooses to keep it. By keeping the painting, the buyer accepted it in its original, intended condition.
