    Hello, the poster is damaged all the way along the right side. It seems like damage that must’ve already been there before packaging

    Good morning, I apologize for the problem, but why didn't you write to me to report the damage? Shipments are insured. I would have sent you a new poster and requested a refund from the courier. Now I can't request a refund because I'm running out of time. Damage can happen, but it's certainly not my intention. You must report any problems before leaving feedback. I intend to resolve them. I don't see the packages when they're delivered, and I can't tell if the contents are damaged.
