    So sorry to hear that you are disappointed. At first you seemed to be very happy with the Dupont lighter and had no complaints at all and now, 2 months later I get this message. I assure you that I was not aware that the object had a defect. If so, I would not have sold it.

    Ach dat is vreselijk. Ik dacht echt dat ik ze ruim genoeg had ingepakt in kranten, bubblewrap en extra omdoos en het pakket goed voorzien van fragile etc. Ik kan je helaas niet helpen aan vervanging, het spijt me heel erg. Hoop dat je mijn excuses aanvaard, meer kan ik er niet van maken helaas.

    I understand your complaint, but not everything is to blame on me. I have shipped the items as soon as possible (I did inform you about the delay because of my stay abroad, to which you agreed). We were in trouble because of the seasons holidays. Unfortunately the Italian transporter chose to offer the package to your neighbour, which caused another delay. Please accept my appologies.

    Ruben, het spijt me. Ik zag aan je adres dat je 1 hoog woont en dacht dat het ivm de verstoorde postbezorging gedurende de feestdagen handiger zou zijn als je het bij jou in het dichtstbijzijnde ophaalpunt zou ophalen op een tijdstip wat jou het beste uitkomt. Het leek me veruit de snelste manier om het bij jou je krijgen. Ik had het je beter vooraf kunnen vragen. Nogmaals excuses
