    Never received the package, should have been at a DPD depot, never arrived there, BUT CATAWIKI does pay the seller and I lost my money, very, very bad!!!!!!!!

    Sir, I don't understand this bad advice about me. You told me that you had not received the parcel, I did everything I could to help you, I immediately filed a claim for non-delivery however the French post office concluded that the parcel was indeed made available by DPD Netherlands. We have had several exchanges of emails, I have always copied Catawiki customer service, the parcel is publicly announced as ‘delivered’, a theft may have occurred at the time of delivery, either by the delivery person or by the relay point, however after a week you have still not provided me with your declaration you said you had filled in and sent to DPD. Unfortunately I can do no more without this, I find your opinion a bit unfair as I am doing everything I can to help you and I am not in the place of the deliverer or the relay point. Someone has committed fraud and it's not me. I wish you success with your complaint. You have my contact details and I'm still available by email.

    This is not a lithograph as set out in the advertised lot. It’s a print and not even a good one. There is no authentication so I believe it’s not an Orlinski print. I have requested a refund
