Bonjour, oui malheureusement cela s’est mal passé avec votre colis dans notre entrepôt. Heureusement, nous avons été en mesure d’ouvrir une réclamation afin que vous puissiez récupérer l’argent que vous avez versé à Catawiki par le biais d’une réclamation sous forme de plainte. Une fois de plus, nous nous excusons pour ce dommage interne manqué (endommagé par nos soins dans l’entrepôt avant qu’il ne soit expédié) « Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir... » Nous espérons que Catawiki vous remboursera dans les plus brefs délais. no deception, had damage due to outsourcing when packing and fortunately we were able to send the package anyway. this buyer is making false accusations and is the rudest buyer ever on this platform. he also lies about whether or not he has received the package, while this has clearly been issued by the carrier. luckily I had the proof of delivery because otherwise this buyer would have left with our package for free. so for all sellers, please BEWARE with this buyer and his dubious practices !!!
