    The custom lamp took some time to arrive, which was expected. It arrived on schedule. Jonathan was always quick to respond to my questions, and I had no problems with the process :)

    Negative experience. After offering me the lamp at the auction price I bid, the seller never shipped the item. Poor communication, and the order was canceled without any explanation.

    De lamp heb ik niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijke berichten naar de verkoper gedurende 3 weken, geen reactie gekregen. Vervolgens contact opgenomen met Catawiki klantenservice. Koop werd geannuleerd

    The lamp "Sitting Giraffe" arrived damaged. We managed to repair it instead of sending it back and need paint to make some retouches. No reply or paint send since weeks.
