    Dear Customer, the coin you purchased was described as in condition EF/UNC (which means between extremely fine and uncirculated), it's not mint state. Moreover, PROOF doesn't mean "uncirculated”, it’s a different type of minting (coin with mirroring surfaces). The black dot you mention was clearly visible in photo and is just a dirt spot. We offer only genuine coins and we never clean them, this is why the coin you receive is exactly what you see in the image. We strictly recommend buyers to always read description, we are very accurate in describing items we sell. For any information or doubt, you can always get in touch with us at any moment. We offered this buyer to return his purchase with complete refund since he seemed not happy, but he refused to return the coin and kept it.
