il vaso presenta un difetto alla base , che a mio avviso , andava segnalato.
il difetto si vede in una delle foto.


Buongiorno, il difetto che lei riporta nella recensione e sottolinea, era incluso nelle fotografie del vaso, che ha osservato prima di acquistare. Non capisco come sia possibile reclamare questa parte, avendo compiuto l acquisto dopo aver osservato le immagini rappresentative del prodotto, il quale è stato proposto anche ad un prezzo molto più basso rispetto al suo valore.
