As I mentioned in our private message, Japanese knives are intentionally crafted with a slightly thicker edge to prevent the blade from chipping during shipping. If you feel that the sharpness is insufficient, please try sharpening the blade by referring to the video I sent in the private message.
Couteau de qualité très moyenne. Le prix (en yens) était encore dans l emballage... je comprends mieux les frais de port gratuits... couteau payé bien trop cher...

Leider wurden beim Versand zwei Artikel vergessen einzupacken. Die Rückerstattung für die nicht gelieferten Artikel erfolgte aber ohne Probleme und zeitnah.
