    I’m very sorry to hear about this buyer’s experience. However, I want to clarify for future customers that I shipped the exact watch model that was ordered, with care and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, once the item is handed over to the postal service and customs in the buyer’s country, any errors or additional charges (like customs fees) are beyond my control. Despite this, I still fully refunded the buyer without requesting the item back—because I care about customer satisfaction, even when the issue isn’t my fault.
