Tried twice to get this lot. Very unprofessional and uncaring communication from the seller. Really really dissapointed - did not get any feedback, and eventually no answer.

Very happy with my watch. There was a little hiccup with the delivery but it was worth the extra days waiting. The wat h is beautiful and the box it comes in is also very beautifull.
Lovely watch, highly recommended for watch enthusiasts. The quality is superb, feels and looks much more expensive than final price I've paid. I've already ordered another watch from Arnaud. 👍

I’m sorry to hear about your frustration. Please note that I contacted UPS within an hour of the failed delivery attempt and did everything within my power to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered with a two-day delay, which was entirely due to UPS. Despite my efforts, there was no cooperation on your side to help smooth the process. I truly did everything I could to ensure you received your order.
