    The item did not match what was shown in the photo. The seller says that a mistake is always possible, but I do not agree with that. I would not have bid on this itemI have been scammed by fake seller

    The title of the lot, the detailed description, the 30 photos of the individual invitation cards, everything was correct. Unfortunately, an image that belonged to an older lot slipped into the ad and may have confused you. But it also seems clear to us that there was no intention on our part to mislead the bidders. The lot was and still is absolutely valid and substantial, so there was no need to resort to any kind of subterfuge. We take full responsibility for the error and are prepared to have the order cancelled and your money refunded. While we regret your negative review, as well as the comments you made in our email exchanges, we understand your partial dissatisfaction and are as sorry for this error as you are.
