    Poor quality. even clock is fake(imitation). And all this arriwed wery bad packed, without any protection, thus lapis sculpture and clock is broken, in pieces.

It is a genuine item, and the clock mechanism is real sometimes, it may just need a battery replacement to function correctly. The back of the clock can be easily opened for this purpose. If you’re unsure how to do that, I’d be happy to make a short video showing you the steps. Regarding the condition of the item: I understand that it arrived in two pieces, and I completely understand your disappointment. To clarify, the item was already in two parts when I received it originally, and they are designed to be joined easily. It’s a delicate piece, and I truly wish it had reached you fully intact, but please don’t worry — you can reattach the parts without any issue. Thank you again for your review.
