I received an S.T DuPont lighter claimed it was unused and tested. When it arrived it looked good but used and the gas is leaking from it making it unusable. He stopped the communication with me.

it's leaking gas. not quite the best condition.

after your reply: it doesn't keep the gas inside, hence why i explicitly said that it's leaking. it can be filled and used for a few minutes but leaks.
