I am sorry the seller is disappointed with the packaging of the item in the cardboard box with 1 little cardboard inset piece missing but the item itself was very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition without any damage or dents/

Hi There, I am sorry about the problem you are having with the tripod screw which is too short to attach to your camera. Do I understand this correctly?

Lamp very safely packed. When the lamp arrived only two of the bulbs were working. The wiring was done again and it finally works.

I am sorry to hear this. We even replaced 3 of the lamp fittings and worked perfectly before we carefully packed the lamp. Probably when packing some of the wiring got lose as we had to partly disassemble  lamp to fit in the carefully packed box. We would have preferred for the chandelier to be collected rather than sent. Our sincere apologies but we acted in good faith as everything worked before packing.
