Met vriendelijke groet, Paul(PPJO)

Heel bijzonder. Nog kleiner dan ik dacht. Goed verpakt. Dank.

Zeer goede en snelle verzending - mooie radio !

Excellent seller, fast answers. Really careful packaging. Reliable

Dear Amalia, as I already wrote, I feel very sorry for the damage. The radio was very good packed but as you probably know, those deliverers don't take care of their colis. They don't put it somewhere, they throw them somewhere. However, I like to compensate you for your bad luck : 2 possibilities, if you give me your bank account number, I will do a refund of 50 euros. With this amount you must be able to change the broken glass. Or, second possibility, I still have a similar radio, brand Oceanic, that looks like the Familial (wooden case en green front). If you want, I am ready to sell it to you for 150 euro (instead of 300euro) plus the shipping cost (+/-20 euro). If you choose the second solution, I will dismount the glass from the radio, put it in a separate box, and send it to you. I really feel bad about what happened, but it is not my fault and I don't want a bad comment on the Catawiki website.
Please let me know your answer and please change your negative quote. Thanks !
