I won the auction but the seller did not ship the item.  Not only did he not ship the order but ignored both my and Catawiki's emails.  He should be banned from the site. Do not deal with him. 


I won and immediately paid for a lot (magnat speakers), but the seller never shipped or responded to my messages. Catawiki canceled the order

Acquirente estremamente scorretto. Dopo aver acquistato, pretende il rimborso delle spese di spedizione pena la recensione negativa, che è prontamente arrivata. Per fortuna avevo già segnalato tutto a Catawiki che ha letto i messaggi che il "signore" mi ha inviato.
L'oggetto venduto era perfettamente funzionante, integro e testato in ogni sua parte prima di essere messo all'asta.
Dopo aver rilevato a sua detta dei difetti, mi scrive chiedendo un rimborso simbolico, piuttosto che segnalare a Catawiki come avrebbe dovuto fare.
Fate attenzione a questi elementi e segnalate subito a Catawiki atteggiamenti del genere.
