    I am sorry that you have not received the parcel, even though it is marked as delivered by Post Italia. However, I have no influence over any possible fault on the part of Post Italia, nor am I to blame for it. As I already wrote to you in a message, the parcel may have been delivered to a neighbour today or left at the house/building. I therefore ask you to check this again. I find it sad that you are giving me a poor rating, even though you should rather be giving this to the postal service in Italy. Nevertheless, I hope that the parcel will still turn up.
