No communication at all to me as a customer (or Catawiki). I paid very fast, but unfortunately after 18 days still nothing. So lost all trust, and submitted a claim for refund.

Das Gerät wurde als Mint-Serviced angeboten. als das Gerät ankam, vor und rückwärts spulen funktioniert nicht. Warte seit 3 Wochen auf eine Erstattung, kommt aber nicht. Total enttäuscht!
