    I received the beautiful porcelains quickly but the packing was terrible. I found a lot of porcelains broken.

    Glad you received it. And I told you that I was not willing to send porcelain as the risks of damage ar too great. However, you've insisted and I did my best to repackage everything again to avoid breakage.
