After one month package has not yet been shipped

I won this lot on the 6th of December 2025. It arrived a month later. When it arrived the box of the bottle had a coffee stain on it.

Het heeft iets langer geduurd maar ik ben blij met de aankoop. Alles goed verpakt en veilig aangekomen. Bedankt voor de goede service.

2 months of lying and stalling that the bottle was sent, and maybe hoping I'll miss the dispute window... Will avoid their auctions from now on...

Is the second order that this seller doesnt send. Not serious at all. Catawiki should some steps against this seller, or to close his store or to make sure that he doesn’t play around with buyers.

purtroppo il venditore non ha inviato la bottiglia . ha inviato tracking ma non ha mai consegnato la bottiglia alla società di spedizione.

The seller mentioned that the whiskey was sold with its original packaging but it came without the box. When I mentioned it he said that there is no box without giving explanation!

After several attempts & seller asking me to keep waiting with 0 feedback from UPS, I had no choice to ask Cata & issued refund. I faced the same issue as all the - feedbacks they have Bad!!! No item.

I’ve paid for it 26 of Nov and I could just pick it up at an ups point 24 of Dec. It took a very long time before the item was shipped, seller apologized twice for delay and it’s a different bottle

Bottle in good conditions and well packed. The seller took quite a while to send it, but aside from that everything is okay.

The seller never sent the bottle and has the audacity to message and saying that not to bother them with messages. I dont know why handle this account but catawiki should do somethig about this

It took very very long before the bottle was delivered. Had several times contact with supplier about this. Finally the bottle was delivered in good condition and well-packed.
