Arrivato un tappeto diverso da quello ordinato Dopo reclamo il venditore mi ha spedito quello corretto ma ho dovuto sostenere io le spese di spedizione per il reso del tappeto sbagliato

The seller didn’t even have the carpet I bought. I got my money back.

Seller did not ship the rug. After waiting a week, I contacted them and was told it had been sold months ago. I then had to contact Catawiki to have the sale cancelled.

The carpet is beautiful and of good quality, but it differs from what is shown in the pictures. The colors are very different.

Le tapis reçu est moins beau et en moins bon état que sur les photos! Les défauts étaient cachés … j acheté souvent des tapis sur ce site et jusqu ici je n ai jamais été déçu!

Un bel tappeto antico, ma non è accettabile, da Germania a Italia, aspettare 26 giorni per riceverlo, Consiglio inoltre al venditore di cambiare corriere ed essere più comunicativo.
