In response to this feedback, I would like to say the following (in addition to the message exchange)

I received a message about the damage 3 weeks after delivery (shipped insured). I immediately filed a claim with the carrier, but the response was that a claim must be filed within 6 days after delivery and that it is no longer possible to process the claim. I also called them to see if they would make an exception, but they would not.

I contacted Catawiki about this issue and they say the following:
'If the buyer had contacted us 3 weeks after delivery, we would have indicated that we could no longer process the claim and that we will not hold you liable either. This is because you must be given a chance to recover the damage, and indeed this can often only be raised within a few days of receipt.'

Again I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation, but I feel that I have fulfilled all my obligations and that I am not to blame in this.

Renata is very responsible in handing the order and prepares the packaging very well. She is also a very friendly person.
