it was clearly mentioned in the description that there was no power supply included in the package. other than that I delivered exactly what was advertised.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience, but it was something that , like I mentioned to you in our messages, I haven't noticed until very recently  . I notified you right away about the issue and offered several ways to solve this problem but after more than a week I never got a definitive decision and customer support cancelled the sale. I tried my best to be transparent and even offered as much information I could on the matter.

El zoom solo va en una dirección ,motor cambia de velocidad a foto a foto , fuerte golpe frontal . Me fie de la foto y del texto.

Hello. The zoom functions worked well when tested. Also I don't know what you mean by "golpe". Is the lens shattered ? Because if so, it's an insurance problem and it has to be discussed with the courier. If you mean the coating is degraded, then i DID mention that issue.
