The porcelain packaging is very thin. I don't know if it was intentionally received, but it has already been broken. The entire unboxing video is very irresponsible

As said before in our message exchange, we are truly sorry for what happened. We took the necessary precautions when we prepared the package and shipped it. Of course, in such a long journey (from Italy to China) anything could have happened during the transportation and at customs. When we sent the item, it was intact, and we would have never intentionally sent a damaged item. But from what we can understand from your review, it appears you think we sent you an item that was already broken or damaged. We followed Catawiki’s policy, which states that the buyer needs to report damage within three days of delivery for Catawiki to pause the seller’s payment and start investigating. You sent us a message and reported the damage more than two weeks later after receiving the package. You told us that it took you so long to report the damage because you were not at home when the package was delivered but you did not inform us about it. We don’t understand what you mean with “unboxing video”.
