Chair was sent and arrived damaged to the back . After contact with the seller IKONISCH they committed to send a replacement chair which was received in good order and shipped by reputable DACHSER.

I ordered an office chair a month ago, but it arrived in pieces. They promised to send a replacement, but never did. Very disappointed and now I’m trying to get my money back.
