Chair was sent and arrived damaged to the back . After contact with the seller IKONISCH they committed to send a replacement chair which was received in good order and shipped by reputable DACHSER.

I ordered an office chair a month ago, but it arrived in pieces. They promised to send a replacement, but never did. Very disappointed and now I’m trying to get my money back.

Unfortunately, the recline option on this chair isn't functioning properly and doesn't hold my weight as expected, based on my experience with the same model which I already have.
