I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the duration of the shipment. Seven days after the parcel was posted, the first delivery attempt was made to your address. Unfortunately, you were not found twice, which is why the parcel was ready for collection two days later after these two attempts. I kindly ask for your understanding and wish you a happy new year!
