Molto male, tempi di consegna lunghissimi! Ho dovuto pure pagare alla consegna un supplemento non dichiarato per poi avere il mio orologio rotto, con la lancetta dei minuti staccata!

The watch is not broken. The minute hand may have fallen due to shaking during transportation. Because the minute hand is very sensitive and falling is normal. The watchmaker can even wear it for free. Customs tax is collected when you shop from countries outside the European Union. I stated this in the Description section. I also showed the price of the watch low so that you pay less tax. If you are not very satisfied, I can return the watch.

Etwas längere Lieferzeit aus Türkei, das ist aber ok.
Ärgerlich waren nur die zusätzlichen Zollgebühren - das hatte ich bei einer Lieferung aus Spanien nicht.

Es gab keine Probleme, bevor ich es Ihnen schickte, und es funktionierte einwandfrei. Mein Uhrmacher hat es nicht vom Deckel aus geöffnet, sondern vom Fenster aus und hat es überprüft. Was genau ist das Problem, wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?
