    I am really sorry to hear as i take real care to package things properly and have never had any issues in the past. Fully appreciate the standards were not met this time though and my sincere apologies again.

    Grazie dei commenti, anche se non riesco a leggere la seconda parte. Purtroppo non è’ possibile dal Regno Unito contrassegnare pacchi come regali se non lo sono (e’ un reato) e inficia l’assicurazione
