Sono contenta che l'oggetto le sia piaciuto. Mi dispiace però che non abbia apprezzato l'imballo, sinceramente l'imballo era abbondante per proteggere l'oggetto, per garantirne l'integrità, durante il viaggio i pacchi prendono un sacco di botte e sinceramente volevo farle arrivare il suo oggetto in perfette condizioni, è una premura che ho avuto più per lei che per me. Solitamente la gente è conenta degli imballi abbondanti e ben fatti. Polistirolo, pluriball e scotch sono essenziali per imballare a dovere. Un buon imballo di solito è una cosa apprezzabile e positiva, non una pecca. Provi a pensare se avessi risparmiato sull'imballo e il suo oggetto fosse arrivato danneggiato, quello si che non era un problema, non l'abbondanza di pluriball utilizzato. Comunque l'importante è il feedback positivo sull'oggetto e che il mio imballo le abbia permesso di avere a casa l'oggetto integro. Un caro saluto.

Ciao, l'oggetto non è tornato indietro, ti avrei contattato. Ho guardato dal tracking e ho notato che è stato consegnato correttamente all'indirizzo che hai fornito a Catawiki. Mi verrebbe da dire che lo abbia ritirato qualche tuo parente che vive con te (moglie, figli, compagno/a ecc..) o al limite un tuo vicino.
