it’s 6 weeks after paying and i still have not reviewed my order. i message and no reply. be careful!!!! i’m going to report as fraudulent seller.
Same issue as some other buyers before me. No response to my message, no response when catawiki support tried to reach the seller. No after over 2 weeks without any information it was cancelled.

Der Verkäufer verlangt 50€ Versandkosten und nutzt einen 8€ Versandservice. Das Paket wurde zudem 9 Tage zu spät beim Versanddienst abgegeben. Einfach nur schlechter Service mit unberechtigten Preisen

Not really the correct information is that the seller gave you a better quality diamond and sent to you both SI2 quality diamonds that are better than the initial diamond you won which was an I2 quality and I1. You received a better value diamond for your money with no appreciation. Please you may return both diamonds that you have received and get your full refund! You were sent a proof that your address was correct didn't you? The mistake was from the courrier and it was corrected.
Le he comprado en 2 ocasiones y no ha enviado nada, crea la etiqueta de envío para que tengas número de seguimiento pero no envía, en 1 ya me devolvieron el dinero y en la otra sigo esperando 2 meses
