I received a different item as I bid and paid for. Sent a message to the seller. I was ignored. Today I sent another message. Also, the item was packed poorly when it arrived. Bad experience.

Vous mentionner que c'est une lampe, mais il s'agit d'un hibou à suspendre contre un mur et non d'une lampe.

Siento la confusión, pero creo que ha sido problema del traductor automático de catawiki que ha interpretado la palabra “aplique” como lámpara cuando debería haberlo traducido como pieza de decoración

The item did not match the description and photo. It had defects. The seller did not get in touch. And did not solve the problem. I was deceived as a buyer. Do not deal with this seller.

Even though the tracking didn’t work at all, the item arrived promptly (within a week) and it was very well packaged. The seller replied within a day. Everything was fine. Thank you.

lo specchio è bello ma il ramo laterale arrivato scollato. purtroppo tutti gli specchi e i quadri arrivano così. magari scrivere "fragile"...dovrò rincollarlo, se fosse stato controllato prima magari.

Poor packaging, delivery took long and was not convenient. Nevertheless, I got what I paid for in a decent state, therefore I am content.

The seller never sent the chair to me, According to DPD history, the chair was sent from NL to NL, never from Spain to Romania. Catawiki didn't reply to my proofs yet... Lots of ??? about Catawiki too

Pessimo imballaggio e stato dell’oggetto

lot endommagé,  emballage souple sans protections , et contenant un objet sur 2 .
en effet l'offre tenait compte d'une paire d'applications murales alors qu'une seule à été livrée ( endommagée).
