The carpet looked even better than expected, wonderful colours, in very good condition, professionally cleaned. The delivery was quick and the carpet was packed very secure.

it’s all about Belgian custom office and I can’t do anything to change the custom tax. The buyer should know that will pay tax before purchasing the product because there are texts showing that the custom taxes are in responsibility of the buyer. I tried to explain that situation but but didn't want to understand. I'm not the one who deserves bad review here.
