    You have good customers, and bad customers. This is an example of a bad customer. First, the customer waits 20 days before he paid for the auction. He only paid because Catawiki sent an email that his account would get suspended. Then, he received the shipment and he immediately opens a claim with false arguments and with the aim of getting his payment refunded. He damaged the goods and sent false pictures in the claim.
