    Not new, not in original sealed package as said, stamps scratched, and it took me about a week to bring those hard drives back to life and a usable state being an informatics & electronics specialist

    Sorry to hear. As you see on the picture, these are in original new sealed package when i send them. Why you didn't make a claim en send me pictures explanation of what's wrong. I'm really convinced that they where new when i send them.
