Item arrived damaged despite intact packaging. I sent photos, but the seller dismissed the issue and implied it wasn’t their responsibility. Very poor customer service and no proper resolution.

pacco spedito  assicurato  arrivato  intatto   .  purtroppo l'assicurazione non ne risponde se il pacco è arrivato  integro  e dopo vengono fornite foto  di un dannaggiamento  dell'oggetto  all'interno   .sono  dispiaciuto , ma  non  è mia colpa  .  l'imballo era perfetto  e difatti è arrivato  inscatolato e integro  come da foto  fornite dallo stesso acquirente le regole dei  corrieri  sono  precise  ..

tutto descritto  molto  bene nell'inserzione  con  foto  specifiche  e approfondite   oggetto  valutato  da esperto  di  catawiki!  purtroppo  l'acquirente di  taiwan  non è proprio a conoscenza di  oggetti  antichi  italiani  o  europi  essendo  tutta  un'altra  cultura!!

The carving is missing end pieces. The photographs did not show this and the description only stated that there’s normal wear. The seller should have been honest and inform about the cut off areas.
