    Sehr geehrter Kunde, es tut mir wirklich leid, was passiert ist. Die Verpackung war sorgfältig gemacht worden: Luftpolsterfolie und dicker Karton. Das Problem ist, dass es wahrscheinlich zerdrückt wurde und daher nur eine stabile Holzkiste hätte retten können. Die Herstellung einer individuellen Holzkiste kostet mehr, als der Couchtisch wert ist. Ich habe verschiedene Möbelstücke wie Ihren Couchtisch eingepackt und alles ist immer gut angekommen; ich hoffe, es wird von catawikiy erstattet. Dear customer, I am truly sorry for what happened. The packaging had been done with care: bubble wrap and thick cardboard. The problem is that it was probably crushed and therefore only a sturdy wooden crate could have saved it. Making a custom wooden box costs more than the coffee table is worth. I have packed various pieces of furniture such as your coffee table and everything has always arrived well; I hope it will be reimbursed by catawikiy. Best regards

    Frame and glass of both paintings damaged in transit, but seller very kindly offered to reimburse cost of repairs, which he did promptly. Laudable customer service. Paintings exactly as described.

    I'm very sorry, I had to remove the glass and send it without the glass, but I thought I'd do you a favor by sending the glasses too. The paintings are best seen without the glass. If you want, I can reimburse you for the cost of re-glazing
