Worse seller, horrible. Item damaged when arrived  due to lack of responsibility. I asked for return and he said yes BUT he did not accept and reject the package

not true, you send back the clock without damage report, When you send the clock back without damage report invalidate the insurance, and it was 3 weeks later.. 

Without your damage rapport, i can not do anything.
