A bubble envelope in a strong cardboard package, well sealed, and the device itself is in a leather case... bad packaging....are you serious??!??I have all the lenses new, since I am the manufacturer of these cameras, I personally test everything before shipping. This comment has nothing to do with the case..

it has nothing to do with the quality of the camera and its performance, the coils are freely available, they can be ordered everywhere. You could contact me, I would send it to you free of charge if this is a big difficulty for you. It is surprising that only Italians react this way and rush to immediately put a negative review. All my cameras are working and tested.
