In order to enter an item for Catawiki sales,sellers have to supply all the required information and detailed pictures. Once details reach Catawiki ,experts go through and approve the watch to enter the sales if they are satisfied. I have delivered exactly what was described and pictured, in time insured, with courier services. A gold Rolex buckle on the strap was never advertised in my listing.     Het glas van het horloge was linksonder licht beschadigd , er is een klein stukje uit . Het loopt per 24 uur 2 a 5 minuten achter . Ozy heeft dit niet vermeld in de beschrijving .

    Hello, When you first got in touch with me with a complaint I immediately got back to you saying I take full responsibility whatever the reason was please send the watch back for full refund. Which you did not accept and wanted to use your watchmaker to adjust the running watch and bill me with an unknown cost. Which I didn't want to happen,then I asked you to contact Catawiki. You didin't and posted negative feedback.You are not happy yet you want to keep the. watch. It is not fair to post negative feedback when I said please if you are not happy return the watch for full refund. Regards Osman
