    Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Der Opal entspricht nicht dem Bild wonach ich ihn gekauft habe. Der Opal hat fast keine Farben und ist wertlos. Ich werde Catawiki empfehlen sie aus dem Programm zu nehmen.

    Lieber Siegfried, vielen Dank für Deine Nachricht. Das ist keine schöne Lektüre! Es steht Ihnen frei, den Opal an uns zurückzuschicken; das können Sie jederzeit tun. Aber das Foto stimmt mit dem Opal überein - es ist ja nichts bearbeitet worden. Das Foto wurde in einem dunklen Raum mit hellem, weißem Licht aufgenommen. Sie könnten den Opal möglicherweise anfeuchten. Die Farben sollten dann leuchtend sein. Würden Sie das gerne ausprobieren?

    There was a problem with the postal service and the product got sent back to the seller. Contacting the seller yielded no results, even though I have not recieved what I paid for.

    Fotos of item No. 360045557 - Opal "Rainbow Eruption" showed on Catawiki do NOT represent a real picture of stone. Under "natural light" you see only a piece of glas and NOT Museal Quality Stone !

    Hi Piotr, Thank you for the response. That is not so nice to read, but we never edited the photo's in any way. We use bright (white) light in a dark room. Did you use bright light in a dark room? I am sure that you should see the colours as we showed. And to be clear: you can always return the lot through Catawiki. So if you are not satisfied, could you contact Catawiki, so we can solve it? Our apologies for any inconvenience.
