    Wel heel mooi de lampen en het opladen gebeurt via een kabel en een powerbank dat je zelf in huis moet hebben. Gisteren opgeladen en werkt allebei perfect.

    Hello. I'm very sorry that the courier damaged the shipment. These things happen. We have 1,500 completed auctions here. Some people collect in person, but most ship via Fedex, GLS, or UPS. We always strive for customer satisfaction.

    But you were the one bidding - it was an auction, not a set price. I don't manufacture the product - only Victorinox for Rolex. Is the product original? - Yes. Was it shipped as bid? - Yes. You declared the amount - yes. So the assessment is very unfair.

    Hello. I'm very sorry you're not satisfied. Hundreds of customers are very satisfied and come back for more. You bid on a lamp for 51 euros – you can't expect it to be a cast, welded lamp at that price. In the description, I emphasized that it was our idea, our design, and we assemble them by hand. These lamps work very well.
