All perfect, but I payed 33% more (34€) to receive the book from UK, this is for law, but unacceptable. I will never buy from UK

No that was not the reason for the delay - our printer stopped working unexpectedly we could not get it to work it was eventually restored and back to normal - everything is now fine : we always are fair and send out everything bought even if its for a euro ;] Phil
