    Stephane Perot, You bought a lamp that was described as in fair to good condition (one of the lowest condition categories) with as was written in the text: "traces all over" (every Catawiki member can trace back the description to verify this) and dozens of (detailed) pictures added. Other Catawiki members understood this well and you bought the lamp for cheap. Somehow you hoped despite our clear and honest description to have struck gold and could resell the lamp at good profit. But what happened is that you received a lamp that was EXACTLY as described: with traces all over. And you then complained to have received a lamp that "had traces all over". That was not very fair of you to say the least. Perhaps you forgot to read the text before bidding but do not blame the seller. And then you started with lying: stating in writing that the lamp did not work with potential wires cut on the inside (we had proof of it working) and drama using words like fraud and catastrophe.
