I would like to emphasize that I have not been in default. The shipment indeed took three weeks, but this was entirely due to the carrier, which is beyond my control. I dispatched the package as quickly as possible, and the entire shipping process is fully traceable through the tracking information.

This is the first time I have received such a reference, especially as I do not consider it to be legitimate. The reason I contacted you about collecting the package was precisely to prevent further delays. If a parcel remains at a pick-up point for too long, it is returned to the sender, which only prolongs the process. That is a valid and legitimate concern.

I hope you will take this into consideration.

Good afternoon, sorry to hear that. The photos were taken in natural daylight. The dark photos were made with UV light, 365 nanometers. It’s quite unique to experience this, to be honest, after 30 positive reviews. I seem to be the first to have any criticism, at least. The photos are simply real.
