Response by seller

This is unfortunate and the feedback is not only unfair, it is simply untrue. 1. Buyer had time to review the item within 72 hours and chose not to. 2. After 5 days or more after receiving the parcel buyer claimed the clock doesn't work. 3. I asked to describe the issue and video. I didn't receive the video. 4. I asked buyer to send the video and raise an official claim with catawiki as per normal procedures, because I sent it in working order. If it was broken in transit then there's procedure to make the damage claim and I was prepared to go through official procedures to get it, as the parcel was insured, even though it was already after the official period of review. 5. The buyer didn't do anything else, didn't send any videos or photographs, of the clock or the packaging as it arrived. I didn't receive any messages from catawiki. Now this negative and untrue review from buyer as if it was my fault, which it clearly wasn't and message logs in catawiki can prove it. It is immature.
