Het verwonderde ons dat de handpan zonder hoes, plastic of ander verpakkingsmateriaal in een kartonnen doos werd verzonden. Gelukkig zijn alleen maar een paar kleine krasjes zichtbaar.

handpan is not very clean/ in tune.  Packaging poor for international transprt

We tune our handpans perfectly. Fundamental, first, second harmonics are tuned to exact Hertz numbers. The needed packaging is given to the handpan.
