    The watch is 14k gold plated. I sent exactly the same item shown in the photos. No different product was sent. If there was any issue, you should have informed me when you received the watch.

    Hello, when I checked the pocket watch, I saw that the watch had a mechanical problem and stopped, so I could not send the watch. I gave the watch to the watchmaker for maintenance and it is still there.
